Do a self test and lets see what its doing first. to do a self test. turn the unit off, hold the online button, while turning it on, wait a couple seconds, let go of the online button, then let go of the power button

your printer has either: 1.low ink 2.the movement of the in slider is to slow 3.the paper is going too fast when it is printed
i sugesset you either take it back (if its new) ,or get a new printer
I doubt it. We have a Persona C11 that stopped printing the cards and we sent it for service. The authorized service returned the printer with a note indicating that the printer has been discontinued and support is no longer available starting in December of 2007.
So, I really doubt they will be releasing drivers for Vista,
Not sure what your question is??? Must have been a defective card that caused the ribbon to split. Or the ribbon was worn and happened to split on that card. I hate when that happens.
