Hmm, I got the same problem once in my university LABs.
What i do was the same you have done, but do try again because if "some side" of the border is not been printed, then its the "Border Setting".
Try using Ms Word 2007.(I guess you are already using it)
Goto
Page Layout Tab > click
Page Borders (Borders and Shading dialogue will appear) >
Then insert a border, apply it.
Now again go there, and this time in the bottom right corner of the dialogue box, you will see
Options button, click it.
Make the Margins Maximum (31pts)
(Measure from : Edge of Page)
if this doen't work, then;
You can also change the margins but now
(Measure from : Text)
But the first one works for me perfectly.
before doing this all also re-insert your blx/wht cartirdge.

yes you are right, last night I changed the paper size and the printer work good.
