Display screen distorted

Please help. My display screen on my old phone will not display anything and I received a replacement phone only to be told that all of my saved numbers in my old phone could not be retrieved by the new phone I have the sim card and the phone still. Is there anyway that I could disassemble the phone and fix this problem??

LG 8300 phone the display screen is distorted / scrambled

Hello,

The problem with your phone is that the flex on your phone screen is malfunctioning, that is why the screen is distorted.

All you will need to do is to change the flex on your phone screen because it is now faulty.

Change the flex of your phone screen as advice and you will see that your phone screen will be back to normal.

Take care.
