Score graphics in lower right corner of picture are down off screen so you can't see 2nd and 3rd lines of score and time. what adjustment do i need to make to bring this up to be visable?

Place arrow (cursor) over time and date in lower right corner, right-click, select "adjust date/time" in menu and left click.

to set the time go to the screen with the date on it. Then hold down the set button on the top right corner then your ready to set the time.

My Nike LED watch has 4 buttons on it--two on each side. The two buttons on the left light up the screen, but don't do anything of note. The two pushers on the right side do all the work.

To adjust the time on your watch, push the top right button to illuminate the time. Then, while the time is displayed, push the lower right button. You need to give it a good push--a bit longer than just to light up the time. The hour digit should start flashing. Use the top right button to advance the hour to where you'd like it to be, then push the lower right button to switch to setting the minutes. Pushing he lower right button again will advance you through the opportunity to adjust the month, date, and year. When you've cycled all the way through and can see the time again, push on the top right hand button to restart the timekeeping function, and you should be good to go.

Setting the Time

   Push the lower left button to switch to the hours unit, which will start blinking. Advance the hour by pressing the lower right button. If you hold down the lower right button, it will advance the hour unit at a higher rate of speed. Once the hour is set, press the lower left button to switch to the minutes unit. As with the hours unit, pressing the lower right button will advance the minutes and holding it down will advance the minutes rapidly.
   
   Once the time is set, press the upper left button to save the setting.
Backlight
2. The backlight on a G-Shock watch has a manual control and an automatic function that will light the face of the watch whenever the alarm, countdown alarm or hourly alarm ring. To use the manual backlight, press the button on the bottom of timepiece. The light will glow for approximately 2 seconds before going out.
   
   The automatic function is set by pressing and holding the lower right button. When the automatic function is set, an indicator icon will display on the watch face above the seconds unit. You can turn off the automatic backlight function by pressing and holding the lower right button until the icon disappears.
   
   Note that backlight causes a drain on the battery, and overuse of the backlight will greatly reduce battery life.

To set the alarm, press the lower left button until "AL" displays in the upper left corner of the timepiece. Press and hold the upper left button until the hours unit starts to blink. Adjust the hour by pressing the lower right button. As when setting the time, you can advance the hour at a higher rate of speed by holding down the lower right button.
   
   Once the hour unit is set, press the lower left button to advance to the minutes. Use the lower right button to set the minutes. Follow these same instructions to set the month and day you want the alarm set.

click the mode button 3 times and hold the adjust button until it gives you an option to change you change it by using the mode button to choose min.s or hours and the time memo button to go down in time and the receive button to go up in time and then click adjust to set it then you just click the time memo button to turn it on and off a few lines on the top right corner should tell you if it is on or off.

the number is for your age, the F or M is for female or male. this will give a more accurate percentage for your heartrate

military time:
1. When setting the time on your watch, IF you watch can change to Military time(and most can)
2. when you are adjusting the hours go through a full 24 hour cycle. You'll notice that the 2nd time through it is on military time.. 3rd time through back to 12 hour day AM/PM cycle .. 4th time back to Military.
So you can do this as many times as it takes to get to the right time ..
In 24 hour time you will see an "H" displayed where you normally see and "A" for AM and "P" for pm.

Alarm Setting:

1st: Press the mode button to go to the alarm screen.

2nd: Press the adjust button for the time to flash

3rd: (For the Hourly Alarm) You can adjust the time here while it is flashing by pressing the start/stop button. Cycle through this until you have the time you want. The setting will have the P in the left side of the screen for PM (night time).

4th: (For the Daily Alarm) Do steps  1-3 once the time is flashing use the Mode button to cycle through to the date field of the watch. Once it is flashing you can use the Start/Stop Button to chose which date Month/Day, after chosing the month just press the Mode button once more to go to the day field.
