Re:
You can try cleaning the rubber paper feed rollers, located where the paper feed into the printer. Use a rag moist with rubbing alcohol and rub all rollers thoroughly and this should help.
Good luck

If looking into the paper feed there is no visible jamb, check the outside of the printer elsewhere. There is usually an access panel that comes off to manually remove any caught paper from behind where your paper loads to copy.
When you removed the jammed paper, did the paper come out inone piece, if not did all the pieces that were removed make up the entire sheetof paper? Otherwise there may be still a small piece/s of paper still in the printer, which is causing this error message. When the paper does not feed straight, dirty or stickyrollers can cause it to jamb or crinkle, also failure to remove all traces ofpaper from a previous paper jamb will cause further paper jambs. Check for tiny pieces of at the edges of the rollers, and remove these piecesof paper. The rollers may be dirty or sticky and causes the paper tonot feed straight. Try cleaning the rollers with methylated spirits.

Is this the first time you have used the heaver paper ? Also is it the same brand? You did not provide the printer model, but you can typically go to the manufacturers site, and check the specs for proper ( Mim / Max ) paper requirements. Above # 60 the paper feed rollers may have worn, and may need to be replaced. If 20 # copy paper works, then this may be the problem.
Make sure that there is no pieces of paper jambed around the wheels that pull the paper into the printer. Also that the back panel is fully locked into place.
