This is probably used to link the receiver and mouse. If the mouse works, don't touch it :)

Engine management light

Well, now that does not seem like very much information.
What this light means is something has tripped an error code. The next step is to have the code read, in order to have your first clue as to what is wrong.

Did you notice clue?? because, for example, you can have a vacuum hose fall off and the cylinder can misfire. This can throw an oxygen sensor error.... Follow? use the information as a clue, not an answer.

Is there an electronic version of Clue?

Yes, there is an electronic version of the board game Clue (also called Cluedo) called Clue FX.
It includes new characters and a slightly different method of playing, faster and without a dice.

No heat coming from it

Let's try trouble shooting the situation, and see what clues we have:

Are there any lights lit?-- How do we know for sure, we have power into the unit?

Are there any resets?- or maybe turning the Thermostat all the way to one end of it's travel, or the other, might re-set it?

There must be some clues-- Unplug it, and start from the beginning, and listen, and observe everything for ANY CLUES!

Let us know what you find, and tell us any clues you see or hear.
