Question about Sharp MX-2700N Color Copier
Network error ce 00 We have a Sharp MX-453 in our office. One day it lost our folder share for our accounting department. When I recreated the share, we were able to scan to the folder just fine, but it keeps throwing an error: Network Error: Consult your network administrator. (CE-00)
Using Internet Browser access to the Printer/scanner, accessing Network settings, I noticed that the "Connection Test", (below the SMTP Settings), would not go through when SMTP Authentification was set to "ON". Turning it "OFF" allowed the connection test to succeed, but did not change the error code.
However, adding a secondary SMTP Server, allowed it to go through, (leaving SMTP Authentication set to "ON").
