try reinstalling your tata indicom dialer.

you are in user mode dear log into admin mode and have all rights

To solve your problem uninstall the software and go to this link

While here find the Download Dialer tab and download the appropriate software for your device and operating system.Download both the Dialer and Driver.

Call tata indicom costumer service

Need proper ISP's information such as IP,Gateway etc. Scan once ur Laptop and make sure no virus and install.

insert usb modem -launch system preferencies and click the icon network icon you should see qualcomn cdma...add the following settings

ppp service provider=tata
account name=internet
password=internet
telephone no=#777
modem=modem au cdma 1x winw01k
vendor=au by kddi
model=wxxx[pc card]

Hi I'm Sathiya. I use Windows Vista Home Basic platform. I recently bought a TATA Indicom Plug to Surf connection. It had issues with drivers. I went to Tata indicom site and downloaded the latest driver for Vista. After installing the drivers, my connection is working fine. Make sure that you choose the right version.

I faced the same problem i installed it. But got through it. See if this works for you too:

1. You have to install the software you downloaded from the tata site or from the CD you got with the MODEM. Do this without attaching the MODEM to the laptop.

2. Once done, insert the MODEM into the USB drive. The Windows will automatically search drivers for USB MODEM and QualCoMM drivers and install it.

After it shows the success message, click the Tata Indicom Dialer and check. The problem should not appear again.
