I am looking for the same thing. I was able to dig in Panasonic's parts site, and come up with part number ARE50A805 for the 10-cup pan for this rice cooker.

Unfortunately, so far I have not been able to find anywhere that actually has one; several listings, many of which go back to partstore.com, but then partstore or another site I've seen referred to are not accessible.

Does the water go into both containers or just the container with the rice.

I suspect the Toshiba RC-8LH is like the RC-10DH, with an outer body/pot and an inner pot, https://www.toshiba-lifestyle.com/content/dam/toshiba-aem/my/small-home-appliances/rice-cooker/1-8l-digital-rice-cooker-rc-18dh1nmy/RC-10DH_RC-18DH%20_%20RC-18DR1NMY_manual.pdf . The water should only go into the inner pot with the rice. Any water or dirt on the outside of the inner pot needs to be wiped off before putting it in the outer body. (That's the section with the electronic connections and could be damaged by steam/moisture in the wrong place.)

I have IH pressure cooker. When I start the cooker, it shows 40 minutes cook time, and then displays an error code, L and opposite L, and then just - - -. What is wrong?

Sounds like your rice cooker didn't recognized Inner Pot
sitting in on it,
Check handle and switch sensor on center of inside rice cooker
PS: l_ _l Meaning is NO POT !! (Its a symbol)
