Xbox360 Sorry to be a pest but can you tell me how much it would cost in GB £ for shipping my falty 360 from the uk .

Thanks for your help.
Just to let you know that they Dont supply a box Well not to the UK anyway. Another thing is have the Xbox boxed up after you call as the stickers are delivered next day by the UPS courier(not posted out like i was told on the phone) who can collect your Xbox there and then. I phoned Microsoft on the 12th pm UPS picked it up on the 13th Am and to my amazement i got my xbox back on the 27th.
Woo-Hoo way to go guys!

If you have 3 red rings flashing on your box it is free MS will send you a box with prepaid stickers. Just call them and tell them your problem 1-800-4MY-XBOX.

If your XBOX360 has the 3 red rings of death! Microsoft will send you everything you need to ship it to them. All for free, you pay nothing. Just call them and tell them you have the 3 red rings and they will hook you up!

I'm glad everything worked out for you! I didn't know microsoft would be so cheap not to give everyone a free box to ship the 360 in. I even got a 1 month free of XBOX LIVE from them when the sent my other box back "I have 2".

Depends.....Arcade costs 16990,pro costs 21990,elite is 27990....buying an arcade wud be useless as u would hav to purchase a hard drive which again is 5000 so the best buy rite now wud be a pro...

Xbox will not read any disks. took it apart to see the problem and it looks as if the lazer is to far away from the cd so it can not read the imformation . how can i fix this

...have you used a disk cleaner...it worked for mine. You can get them pretty cheap at Kmart etc...I had an older 360 that would not read, I was able to tilt it and it worked for awhile...prob. have to replace it or send to x box for repaires, just dont tell them u opened the 360 or they will not fix it... I have had to repaired for no cost not even shipping and was able to get them back n a week...xbox360 customer support seem to b very helpful, just tell them its not working and you have red instead of green lights on the front of the360 it should be repaired for free do to recall...

When i put a 360 disk in the screen says that this disc must be used in a 360

This can mean a couple things.
1) Incorrect DVD-key-
EVERYSINGLE Xbox360 motherboard is "married" to it's dvd drive with a unique dvd-key. If an idiot attempted to mod the console, or "repaired" it by putting in a new dvd drive. The key is lost forever, and nobody other than Microsoft can fix it. (It'll cost you like $30 more, just to buy a new 360 Vs paying them to repair it)

2) The laser is dead/dying
The optical laser in the dvd drive needs to be replaced, (or tweaked for a temporary fix) A brand new laser costs $8-$13 off of eBay with free shipping included. Email me at [email protected] for more detailed instructions or part numbers.

Ok, i'm not really sure why your system is doing this, or how to exactly solve this issue. The best way would to be to call Microsoft (1-800-4MY-XBOX) and have them fix it properly. (They may actuall do this free, shipping included.)

Damn if my girlfriend did that, it would be on.

Heres what you do:
Its only 3 months old, call 1800-4my-xbox they can replace it. Don't tell your girlfriend broke it, tell them the red lights started one day.

They wil lship yuo box, you put eh box inside the box they give you, you ship it back to them, they ship you a brand spankin new 360.

If for some reason they refuse to replace it you can pay to have it repaired at:
