Blue Screen I was watching tv and turning up the volume and then my screen went blue and the little red lock showed up in the bottom left corner. I have the remote but i do not know what to do

    I have to remote but NOTHING works on it, it turns on and off..menu button on the tv does not even work, its seriously LOCKED UP haha

I troubleshoot the haier tv but blue light remains on what do i do next i unplug it for at least 60seconds and i also change outlets twice ????

Turn it off at the wall too and disconnect then turn it back on it may reset itself

    If it is I notice it has a MENU button to press do that and find why and how to unlock it must be a Parental lock of some sort.

    Your lucky you have the remote this other guy had no remote yet the same problem.
