I change my screen resolution to the highest setting and my screen become blank (black with blue screen in the middle). I cannot change the resolution again because the screen is blank.

Try to restart the computer in safe mode. At start up press F8 key like your are trying to get the computers attention. You should get a start up menu. Chose Safe Mode. Once in safe mode reset the screen resolution to is lowest basic setting and reboot. See if this will help. Do you have a good antivirus program. While in safe mode run a scan also. Hope this helps Fixya up.

My mp3 player turns on but goes blank as soon as the music comes on.

Change the backlight settings in the Settings menu of the GoGear if the music continues to play when the screen goes dark.

Otherwise, if the music also goes off when the screen goes blank, run a Repair in the Philips Device Manager.

Press the menu button on the remote anc change the language setting. Blank screen, you may have to do a full channel scan (also in the menu screen) to search for channels. Lastly, make sure the correct input is selected to the input being viewed ( if the cable is connected to Input A on the bacl of the TV then you need to press the Input button on the remote to select input A (these TVs usually have like 5 different inputs to choose from).

Blank area on both sides of screen

If you have it hooked up to a cable box, then you should be abl to change the resolution setting through the cable box remote control, if not call your cable provider to access the menu that does the resolution settings
