Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
If you have problem with GDT then you should reinstall it. If this dont solve your problem then some file is missing from your pc. Remove it from Add/Remove programs in control panel and then reinstall it. For missing file you need to reinstall your operating system then try again

Un-install it and re-down load from a "trusted" website directly from Google. Then re-install. Should work.

When you do this do you have your anti-virus program turned on? Turn it off momentarily while you connect to Google to get GDT. It might be interfering with it. If you still are having trouble and you absolutely want it, contact the help desk at Google. They'll figure out what is wrong.
Also when you download you have two choices, save to disk or install. Try both ways then contact Google.
