I have tried all the normal proceedures but the disc won't ejct from my TDK LPCW-100 CD/DVD Label printer. Is there a way to manually eject the disc?

I had the same problem. In fact, the board connector inside the printer was not really fixed. I just pushed it and it works perfectly now. But you have to open it... It's easy to do

You must be using the wrong type of disk. Make sure if you are trying to burn a CD that you have a blank CD in the drive. If you are trying to burn a DVD make sure it's a blank DVD in the drive.
The printing application requires rosetta so is not supported in lion. As the actual printer is discontinued the two choices are: 1. Get a new printer or 2.
