The solution to this problem is to reload the system software which you can get from the Craig Electronics website (Google it) and then select E-Digital from the menu at the right. Click on your product (CLP285) and you will see the software download and instructions for installing.

You will need an SD card to copy the software to. Power off the netbook, insert the SD with the new firmware and it will reload the operating system. When it is done, it will ask you to remove the SD card to complete the process. I have done this before, and it solved my problem. Of course, any data you had in the netbook will be gone.

try to boot in to the safe mode f8 at start up then set the computer back to before you had the problem if not you may have to take the computer in for service.

Sounds like android is not loading after the Linux section has, you need to re-install the operating system, see if there is a web support site as it will be tablet specific.

You can reload the operating system to protected memory using USB and some system commands.

Searching the Internet it is called an ICRAIG 10 inch netbook.

try going to your tools then options in the general look for the home page and add your home page name

sounds like a network card issue in netbook can you plug and ethernet cord in thats wired to your isp and check and see if you can get on that way ? if you cant then it inside the netbook now adays the network parts are included in newer motherboards even for netbooks and laptops. it might need replacing , another way is to ping, your ip address but you have to get it from your isp(internet service provider) here is a video i found to help you

The wireless chipset of the laptop may not support newer encryption of your wireless router. Try changing it to WEP. If that doesn't work try disabling encryption altogether and try to reconnect.

Try to start your pc up in save mode. When it gives you a choice on diagnostics of system, select yes. Ones the system is started up then restart the pc again.
