Question about SmartDisk (RF-FDUSB-TM2) (RFFDUSBTM2) Floppy Drive
Good indication that it probably isn't compatible with Vista. The only thing you can do is either return the floppy drive for refund, or downgrade vista to XP so you can use it.

I'm having the same problem with the smartdisk floppy drive FDUSB-TM2. It won't read any of my floppy discs. I have Vista.
I have the same issue.
I have a Tecra Toshiba lap top I plug the smartdisk into a usb but nothing is happening.
I have the OPPOSITE problem .... I plugged my fd into my Toshiba withVista and it worked perfectly.... I formatted 3 floppy discs with it. But when I plugged it into my Compaq laptop using XP ... NOTHING. XP/Compaq would NOT see it. Again, it works perfectly in my Toshibanotebook with Vista.
