You need to change the resolution on the scan to 200 dpi. The steps to do it vary according to your HP Solution Center software version. Just find the "Scan to PDF" settings. or create a new "default" profile because it wouldn't let you modify the installed setup sometimed without saving it under a new name.

I have an Officejet 5610 All-In-One and when I am trying to scan, while processing, I am getting "Internal DRS error 1500:c0:300". How can I solve this please?

Search the HP knowledge base for more ideas. You didn't say if that error message is showing up on your computer or on the LED panel of the printer.

Sounds like your trying to scan a document. Make sure the application that is supposed to receive the document is installed.

hi,
1) go to Add/Remove Programs: Remove all HP Software.
2) Manually search for/remove all HP program files.
3) Run my Registry cleaner.
4) ONLY IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING : Manually search the registry via Control F function for any remaining HP registry entries.
5) Defragment/re-install/run reg. cleaner/carefully analyze and save appropriate registry keys(see my pic's for what to definitely save).
6) Defrag. again
7) Test run HP Solution Center again.

I'm getting a internal drs error 1500:c0:3001 when I am trying to scan my old documents into emails or wordpad. Paper has watermark and shaded areas. All in English

See if you can update your TWAIN compliant driver at www.twain.org... if you are using OCR (optical character recognition) software, you may want to first scan to a Word .doc (OCR tends to scan text in "clusters", like text-boxes, and your wordpad or email client may not recognize the multiple "boxes" of text...

Hope this helps!

Internal DRS error 1500:c0:3001

Hi,
found this solution, maybe it also helps to solve your error.
Try and change OCR language
he was scanning documents with danish language to PDF and OCR language set to English. Received the same error, changing OCR language to danish solved his problem.
If not
go to HP support webpage:
http://www.hp.com/cgi-bin/hpsupport/index.pl
choose support and tr.. information option
enter your product name
and check if there is a fix published.

Success!

Using HpDeskjet f2280 All-In-One Printer, Scanner, Copier. When scanning have error message "Internal DRS Error 1500:c0:3001

You need to change the resolution on the scan to 200 dpi. I submitted this to HP and that is what they told me to do. It works. The steps to do it vary according to your HP Solution Center software version. Just find the "Scan to PDF" settings. In my case, I had to create a new "default" profile because it wouldn't let me modify the installed setup without saving it under a new name.
