You should be able to plug in the USB cord that came with the camera. Connect the one end to the camera then the other end to a USB wall charger or your computer. If you no longer have the USB cable, you can purchase one here from Amazon.
OK, you will be able to buy this cable at any camera store, because the ports on most of the cameras is micro USB, hence, just take your camera to the store, let them see the port, and they will give you a new cable.
I have a better solution! (I had the same problem & searched for 2 months). Go to OfficeMax and buy a "Pocket Reader/Writer" for around $15. Plug in your memory stick and transfer your photos. Easy. Fits a lot of different cameras.
Hold the camera as if you were taking a picture. Turn it to the left so the skinny side is towards you. At the top, the is a small place that says, "DC IN." Use your finger to pull down at the top of this area. That's it.
