Need to know how to change ink cartridges, need manual

This mayclear the ink absorber problem. There is ink absorbers located at both ends of the printerwhere the ink head move.
To dry the ink absorber, power up the printer and open the cover so the inkcartridges and print head will move to the middle of the printer.
Then take several sheets of absorbent tissue, fold it into a pad and place itinside the printer over the ink absorber on the far left hand side of theprinter to soak up the excess ink. You may need to change the absorbent tissuea few times. Then repeat the same procedure on the right hand ink absorber.
Close the lid and the printer should now function normally.

Error Code 6502 appears generally after changing a cartridge.

Solution:

1. Unplug the printer.
2. Remove the faulty Cartridge
3. Plug in the printer and press and hold power button
4. Keep it held down. Press Resume twice, and this should reset the fault.

Try this:
1.With he refill cartridges installed; Turn the printer off then back on again.
2. Press the OK button and the red stop button at the same time and hold for 8-10 seconds.
3. That is it. The printer should now be re-set.

Yes u can.
In the Printing Preference window, Choose the media type (paper type) as plain paper and check the Grayscale printing mode.

1. this could be a clogged print head at the black cartridge. the head needs cleaning or the jets have clogged ports and cannot pass ink due to hardened ink.
This may require a print head replacement.
2.If you have recently place a new cartridge in the print slot check to see if you didn't leave the protective tape on the cartridge.

The cartridge, as well as all ink jet cartridges has a chip inside that tells it how much ink is in the cartridge. Your cartridge is LYING, except it prevents you from printing without all cartridges working. ( same for my 6 color epson ). You need to replace the cartridge. I get my cartridges at a yahoo store called Inks4less. They have good quality for cheap.

There was a study done, analizing the amount of inks left in inkjet cartridges when they indicated empty, and the range was 7% to 25% ink still left.

You need to go to the manual settings. Little man icon on the right in the print box. Click colour and reduce the magenta by at least 20%
