Eddie Bauer don't manufacture strollers, they market a brand themed on the outdoors. Their after sales service for last years fashion is not very impressive. However as you plan to replace all the wheels there should be a suitable wheel you could use to replace it. If you're in a city google material handling suppliers. wheel manufactures and similar searches. You'll also need some capped star lock washers to fit the new wheels to the axel stubs hardware stores should have them, if not google them.

When you say the wheels fell off did they break of at the spokes (making the wheels useless) or did they just come off the metal stub axles? The Eddie Bauer is not a brand available in new Zealand but I've fixed a lot of strollers and the most common problem is a failed Star-lock washer. Most strollers use a star-lock to hold the wheels on, either a shiny domed one in plan view or a plain flat one hidden behind a plastic hub cap. My experience with tandem strollers is that they are difficult to manoeuvre in cities (over kerbs, grass, gravel, etc.) and hard to turn. I also found that the infant car seat into the stroller trick is short lived, and you'll need the stroller for a long time after you need that.
My recommendation would be to buy a good side by side double with larger jogging type wheels instead. Tike Tech makes a great one that folds easily and is a lot easier to push.

Valco only sells replacement parts for a few years. I recommend that you look in thrift stores for a valco you can use for parts

I have just removed the front wheel and liberally greased the inside top to bottom with specific aluminium lubricant (which the bike shop told me was good for bearings) and immediate improvement. fingers crossed that it lasts. looking at other posts, make sure that you put the front wheel back on securely.

If it is a plastic moulding that has stuck, use a silicone spray (mr sheen will do) to release it.

If this will not help at all, try your nearest Halfords bike department or bicycle repair shop. I doubt they will charge you anything.

If it is a broken part, find the manufacturer for ordering a replacement.

Get onto the Valco website and email their technical help. They are very good and get back to you quite quickly. I am pretty sure that you can order new parts through there. The instruction manual that comes with the pram tells you how to replace the wheel. If you don't have it they will email you a copy.
