Have you made sure that that the water connection to the ice-maker is secure and without leaks or stopped up (kinks) in some way? I would suggest that you unplug it for bout 30 min., then plug it back in. See what happens about after 45 minutes. If it was moved, you want to make sure you have tapped into the main water line. It doesn't just magically happen. Sometimes the simplest things can cause immedite problems.
The problem is AIR In The Line. Either you have a leak in the water line or the filter was not tight. In some cases, people screw the filter in wrong, and cross-tread when screwing the filter back into the fridge. If the filter gasket failed to make a tight seal, air can enter and cause a noise. If the water l;ine has a small pin hole, when water is flowing within the tube, it too can make a noise. That can happen when drawing water down for drinking or when the ICE Maker is reloading the tray.
