Sc 302 = Charge roller current leak
1 .check charge roller
2.pull pcu out and see that it slots in correctly
3.check for any lose or bend silver plates when pcu is pulled out

If you printer not show normal mode then go to run and type printer spool. If not solved then go to control panel and Administrative Tools and click services option and search print spooler stop and start. I hope solved you problem. If not solved then one time printer off and some time wait and restart.

In order to copy a document correctly, the document must be facing down onto the glass (text or images facing down), and oriented so that the (typically) top-right corner matches with the triangle next to the glass. Close the lid, then press 'Resume' or one of the buttons labeled 'Start Copy'. This should allow the printer to correctly copy the document.

Hi, It dosen`t matter how you load paper, Copy paper are blank on both side, now if you are reusing paper with prints on one side then you do it by trial and error.
Now if you meant how to load document on top, then that`s a different story, most fax machines require that you put the document face down. I would suggest that you make a copy from a document face down and if it comes out ok, fine, if the copy comes out blank then you need to put the document face up instead.

are you facing same problem with other document like notepad ...... please check it please ..... open a notepad type some thing like test print and give print and check its comes blank pages or not .... if its not coming please check the document setting how many pages your document heaving you can give number pages you want to print ....... if you facing same problem with notepad please post you comment ........... and try to uninstall the printer driver and reinstall it ..............
Place any document on the scanner glass of the printer and press copy.The printer will copy your document.If we want to print any document from computer,the Kodak home center should be installed on your computer.If you have not has the software,download it from www.kodak.com/go/aiodownloads.
Your issue will be solved.
If you can't print from your computer, or local library, find a local print shop or copy shop that is willing to download and print a .pdf file for you.
