CiD is a sponsor of Windows Live Messenger Plus.

1) Go to the Start menu
2) Go to Control Panel
3) Go on Uninstall a programme
4) Type in on the toolbar at the top of the page CiD
5) Messenger Plus Sponsor should show up, click to uninstall and a few options will come up, click on uninstall sponsor and follow it from there! It's pretty easy! Good Luck!

How do I remove unwanted pop ups?

Internet pop-ups can be an annoyance. These windows are usually associated with different forms of advertisements and at times can include viruses that can infect the computer. Pop-ups do not have to be a part of computer use if the user does not desire this distraction. There are ways to stop pop-ups and prevent them from appearing unless desired. Pop-up blocker allows the user to block these items and select which items to allow.

Open Internet Explorer. Click "Tools" from the menu bar. Tools can be found on the bar that lists "File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools, Help" directly beneath the address bar. Click "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu. Click the "Privacy" tab in the "Internet Options" box. Click to check the box that says "Turn on pop-up blocker" in the "Pop-up Blocker" section of the menu. Click "Apply" to save changes. Click "OK" to close the "Internet Options" box. The computer will now block all pop-ups from websites. If downloading items from the Web, the computer will ask whether you would like to allow these items to be opened. Hope this helps.

Letter J showing in display

You are going to have to replace the control board.
This is relatively simple. The letter J just means the memory in the control board is corrupt.

Some one has my e mail address and they perpetually send me spam e mails .I want to block them

If this is send from one source then all you need is to block this particular id but it this has been a subscribed mail then you will need to unsubscribe each of the daily reports sent to you. If these are annoying personal mails the matter can be reported to the cyber cell for action against the person.
Other wise if your id has been stolen by many then it is best to forget this ID and start afresh with a new ID , making sure that this wont be shared with public sites.

if there are no links on any of them, it is possible that this Viral.

Deleting sister's misspelled email address from Windows Mail

Actually that addresses that keep pop-upping when you type the address is the history of the programs or the application form that is stored in the computer for future references or for fast selection... there are many solution for that problem. for example in your browser. if you use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer all you have to do is to clear the history of the browser by going to browser options and selecting delete history button and you have to do that in each browser that you have.. but is you want the history of all the logs that you maid will be erased I suggest using CCleaner.. it will clean history in your browser and application forms and other logs in other programs........ you can download the programs in and its free to use.. you can also configure the CCleaner what programs you want to erase the history..
