Hi my name is Roety, I can help you with your issue , Your Mittsubishi has a system the will cause the green light to blink for 70 seconds when first plugged in, if the green light never stops blinking it is either a power supply issue or a stuck keyboard button. So do the test and reset it to see if the light stops blinking or not. If I have helped you with your issue If you have more questions you can stillrespond I will reply asap Thanks
ysm7862001, Monitor has possible problem lighting-up cold cahtode fluorescent lamps that provide lcd panel with white light from rear(reverse side) of the panel. No white light= black or blank n black screen. Read my fixya profile for all options you might have open to you.

I had a similar problem with my HANNSLounge 32", the screen switched on with green light but none of the front panel buttons worked (screen is black apart from showing the input source in the top left).
After powering off numerous times I tried starting up with a blank SD card in the reader and the tv cycled between red green and blue screens and then reset itself. (Some sort of firmware restore?) After which point I had a working screen again! (Will have to see how long it lasts for!)
