Acer laptop help me, i live in haiti i want a product phone key.

The phone needs the additional settings for setting up browser configurations with Digicel instead of t-mobile. Unlocking it simply takes off the carriers sim restricition and does not change settings to every carrier available. Digicel should have these settings.

try to contact microsoft and provide them the product key that is not working and they will assist you with the registration. Hope this helps

Sometimes this can happen, contact Microsoft by phone support and explain the problem and they will issue you with a new Product key.

In order to use your Digicel Haiti sim card you will first have to unlock the device. After you have unlocked the device you can use any GSM sim card. Depending on where you live there are places that will unlock your device such as World of Wireless.
