Are you using a launcher you downloaded? If so, it may be that it is having issues and not opening all your applications. To fix this you can revert to the default launcher by going into settings, finding the name of the launcher that isn't working and pressing "Clear Defaults", when you press the home button, make sure to choose the default launcher and then try to use your apps again.

Obviously when you just tried to use it you've made it as a calling application by default. To change it back you have to start your dialer manually then go to its properties and set it as a default dialer.

Uou had put a code in your dialer pad by which your network is corrupted. Changing the motherboard may fix this problem.

turn off ur bluetooth and wifi

For android phones;

Go to settings ---> applications ------>All -----> Dialer (not dialer storage)

Press "clear data" visit this if you like it.

If you are running Gingerbread (Android 2.3), launch the phone dialer. The contacts database under Gingerbread is represented by a tab in the dialer application. Tap over that tab. With the contacts tab in the foreground, tap 'Menu > Import/export'. There, you'll be able to copy contacts to/from both the SIM and the microSD cards.
Otherwise, i.e. if you are still with Froyo (Android 2.2), tap the applications circle (i.e. the laucher), and look for an application like 'Manage SIM card' (sorry for not being able to remember the exact name, since I'm not running Froyo for months now). That application will have that same functionality.

Since you have tried all major trouble shooting steps, Check for the warranty of your voice dialer..and contact Manufacture for replacement or Service.. Hope they will help you out
