What is the wattage on the LiftMaster SL 1000?

The unit requires 120 VAC 20 AMP

Standard electrical formula is volts x amps = watts

120 x 20 = 2400 Watts

It is pretty much a given in the U.S. that your standard voltage at a private home is going to be between 108 and 117 volts. Depending on many factors (distance from substation, number of homes serviced by one transformer etc).

Required output voltages from an acoustic solution lcd television power supply unit

Only the original supply is going to work---schematics with voltages and wave forms are rarely available online except to a authorized service center for that brand---they want to SELL REPLACEMENT boards and not have someone fix them.

Had a power surge and now machine will not power up.

You most likely blew out your power supply but may have damaged other components as well. The power supply converts the AC input to lower DC voltages used by integrated electronics. Even powered down the fax has a circuit that supplies voltage to the internal battery and volatile memory components, Called VSB for "standby voltage" even when it is officially "off", a surge can pass through the power supply and one fried move freely into the system to damage the internal components.

I have a rhodes 660, and it doesnt trun on. all u hear is a buzzing sound. does anyone know whats wrong.

This is LIKELY a power supply problem. The unit should have a label telling the power requirements. Match the polarity on DC units as well as the type AC od DC and voltage and current.

I suspect the input voltage from the supply is way lower than the required.

Hi, i'm trying to find which power supply this runs from

it should tell you next to the power input port, along with the pin configuration (centre pin + or -) and the required amperage.
