F3 and F5 signals

Lately when I turn my oven on and it reaches the 350 degree mark, I will get a F3 or F5 signal. I turn the oven off for about 5 minutes and try again. Sometimes it will continue cooking as it should, but often it continues beeping the signal and I have to give up.
