USB DEVICES THE PROPER WAY ON INSTALLING USB DEVICES A. Enable usb ports on the BIOS. 1. Do not plug in your device right away. Install all drivers and software first! 2. Reboot 3. Plug the power or turn on your USB Device 4. Plug in the USB Port. 5. Windows Will detect the Device Automatically. Finish! Hope this helps.

Hiya,

This should be the driver you need for your webcam:

Creative VF0330

You need to click on the accept tab at the bottom of the screen and the driver will download from creative.

Before you install the driver, unplug your webcam and let the installation process continue until it either finishes or asks you to plug your cam in.

I can hook the camera up to my computer and click web cam and it shows a picture of a web cam on it and on the computer it says deviced not found ive tried everything please help!

You need to install the driver that came with your webcam. If you don't have it, look at the manufacturer's website and download it.

actually for presario c700, web cam driver is auto install in windows XP, Vista or 7.
you only need install web cam software to take picture from your web cam
on presario c700 webcam, Youcam software is need to make this action. but if u only use your cam for online. skype or ym is sufficient for it to function

Installation

Hi! don't worry with the driver..you can choose it from here..
just click the file...and click " save " to start downloading....using winrar (and or winzip), extract the file and install driver for your web cam

1. a4tech PK-635 web cam (rar) file
2. a4tech PK-635 web cam (zip) file

But first connect your web cam via usb slot on your computer... wait till a message on the taskbar appear: found new hardware..once ask for a driver.. choose one from the driver and install it.

Just follow this step and your web cam will work again.

How do i cut on my web cam and take pictures with it?

The webcam on your laptop is already installed on your laptop. Click the start menu, go to programs and look for the program of your webcam, once you find it, click it and your webcam will open automatically. Also you will find all the picture yo snapped in a folder of "My Document"

Most HP laptops uses Cybershot web cam, so if your were using HP, I would have specifically told you to look out for cybershop in the "program" of start menu. But since you are using Acer, it might not use cybershot. Just search thoroughly, you will definitely find it in "Programs".
