I would check out the replacement/repair policy where you got the phone. Sounds like you got a lemon. If the phone hasn't got wet they should be able to take care of you as the warranty is usually a year long.

When I get a call, I cannot hear the caller but the caller can hear me. My volume is turned up. I replaced the batteries, and still have the problem.

Hello, Bernadette -

Sometimes I have that problem with my cell phone. When that happens, I choose the Speaker option for my cell phone and I can hear the person on the other end and he / she can hear me.

Without knowing the make or model of your cell phone, I can only offer my personal experience.

Best wishes.

Wil let me answer the call and i can hear the caller but the caller cant hear me

The wire for the microphone on those are somewhat flimsy so there's a possibility that it has been damaged. This can happen if the wire becomes crimped or pinched. In order to check this you will need access to the brain (bluebox) which should be somewhere inside the dash. You can check this with standard headphones, like from an ipod. Just plug the headphones in where the microphone is normally plugged in and make an phone call. The person on the other end may notice a lesser quality than usual, but if they are able to hear you it's the microphone. Replacement microphones can be purchased from Parrot at their site or occasionally on eBay.

Hope this helps

I have an LG Dare and i can hear callers but the callers cant hear me. Is there a fix to this problem?

Hi, what makes your callers not to hear when you call is because the mouthpiece that is located at the lower end of the phone where when you talk people can hear you is bad.and will need to be replaced.

When it is replace, people will hear you.

Take care.

I can hear, the other person on the other end, but they cant hear me

Hello,

The problem is that the mouth piece of your phone is bad that is why the cannot hear your voice.
I advice you get the mouth piece of your phone replace because it is bad and that is why your callers cannot hear you.

All you need to do is to change the mouth piece of your phone and you will see that your callers will hear after you have replace the mouth piece of your phone.

Meanwhile, you can get hands free pending the time you will replace the mouth piece of your phone.

Take care.
