Window media sir few days before i install upgrade window media for 30 days.now it is not working & also my earlier window media installer is not working b'coz of this i m unable to listen music.

Go to the control panel and repair Windows media player. If its Windows Media Player 11 then it will repair if is not then get it here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/11/default.aspx Might as well have the latest.

This is a setting in you BIOS. Try changing to AUTO under the SATA drive settings by pressing F key during boot. It will be noted on screen during startup.

I would stay away from a OS upgrade till your are certain all hardware and software is compatible. It is a lot of work if it does not work properly.

Hello, two suggestions spring to mind.
1) see if there's an upgrade to your version of Windows Media Player
2) do a Google search for 'codec' downloads, (these are special programs or plugins called coders/decoders that enable media players handle certain media formats.

I inserted a few cracks in that folder..one I already tried and it worked fine ...but the activation was started right after installation ...if teh counter is already on its 30 days out ...you have to reinstall it ..cause it may not work ...After that just activate the crack ...and it worked...
I have 2 activators in there and a keygen ..but I guess it will work with the one called simple activator..
it actions something like stopping the count down...

Windows Media Player has stopped working.

Try restoring your system to an earlier date that your media player is working but you must re install programs you have installed from that restore point to the present.

Options:

1. Restore your system to an earlier time.

2. Re install media player on control panel add remove programs uncheck and recheck media player on add/remove windows components and click next... then re-start your system.

3. Download your version of Media Player or an upgraded one from Microsoft and install it.

Install xp-sp2 on compaq e500

First tell that which O/S it had earlier coz armada e500 notebook comes with 64 MB RAM and 12 GB HARD DISK , had you upgraded your notebook with RAM AND HARD DISK .
If not then check the hard disk space you have left in the notebook.
