What do you need to know, they are so basic that I don't even think they have a manual. Very strate forward . Check out some cook books, or a crock pot cook book, that will solve you needs, and teach you to cook at the same time. Happy cooking.

Have you tried Googling with the part number and manufactor. You should be able to download a manual with the part numbers. Then it's just a simple matter of Google the part number you need.

Lid doesn't fit tight

put aluminum foil around lid and press onto pot this will help it make tight fit

Can a ceramic bowl from slow cooker GFSC35 go in an oven?

If your manual doesn't mention that as an option, it may not be resistant to higher heat settings. I would avoid the oven.

I have an Elite 8.5 quart crockpot. the stoneware is cracked and I was wondering if it was posible to replace that part or would I have to buy a whole new crockpot?

Stoneware inserts show up at second hand stores all the time...that is if the manufacturer doesn't offer replacement parts.

Slow cooker light does not come on and crock does not heat up when plugged in

Have you checked another receptacle? If you plug it into a known good receptacle, and it still doesn't work, it's broken. You should just buy a new one.
