I have a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado - 2500HD-LT - 4-Door - Crew Cab Pickup Truck that has a CD stereo and it's not working properly. The radio works and so does the CD player, but it's trying to play the CDs (6 CDs) and something seems to be stuck and holding it from playing, ejecting or allowing it to enter any CDs. How can I fix this problem without removing the stereo or purchasing a new one, Money is very tight right now.

SOURCE: heater core on a 2003 Chevrolet pickup 4 wheel drive crew cab

if you have air conditioning you will need to take it to a garage and recover the r134, you will need to remove the dash to allow you to remove the heater box, it's an ugly job, I've done a dozen or so and can do it in about 6 hours now, the first time it was closer to 11 hrs, good luck

SOURCE: CD player not working correctly

Try turning off the radio and disconnecting the battery for 1 min and then reconnecting the battery. Turn on the radio and see if that reset the radio so you can get your CD out and try cleaning the CD player with a cd player cleaner. Note you have to make sure the radio is off before you disconnect the battery. Good luck and hope this helps

SOURCE: 2007 Toyota Yaris Stereo Won't Eject CDs

you may have to use needle nose pliers to pull them out or remove the radio and open it up and remove them also take a look at the drive belt it may have broke, there are many electrionic places that will repair it if you remove it and take it to them, most of the one i run into broke a belt or 2cds were jamed inside it.

Probably is the actuator. Common problem. The actuator is part of the complete door latch. Hopefully that is what you got from 'Dorman'.

Bucket seats with driver 1 and 2 memory and also seat warmer oh and the seat warmer does not work ever since.

Hi I'm not to clued up on 2004 silverado 1500 LT crew cab, obviously you'll check the fuse box & even replace the fuse wouldn't hurt giving it a try. Also try checking the electric motor for the seat. No cables lose or broken? Nothing jamming the seat? Is there any sound at all coming from the area where all the electrics are under the seat? Can you hear a motor straining?Just a few thoughts. Good luck
