The LG error code OE simply means “the pump is blocked”. Presumably the water isn’t being emptied properly. Check the exit hose, it may be clogged. This is if your filter is all clean. There should be air for passage in the standpipe behind. Your hose should not fit airtight into the standpipe and neither too deep into it. Snaking out your standpipe would be good too.

LE Code refers to a motor overload.Since the pump is blocked, the motor becomes inefficient in working.Once you get the pump cleared from blockages,I assure that you can get rid of these errors.Good luck with the machine. Please do post the results and comments.

Very often this is because the pump(drain pump-not circulation pump) has failed. very common. pretty easy fix. part about $30. go to appliancepartspros.com or repairclinic.com for videos to show how and to get parts(or eBay for parts)

Whenever it gets to almost the end of the cycle and usually while it is in rinse, the error message OE comes up and it won't drain the water from the tub or go any further

Had same problem last night with my LG WM1814CW but mine didnt get to the end of the cycle, it would fill and start humming when it was supposed to be draining then the OE would appear. We drained the machine through the front door hose, turned the machine on its side and removed the drain pump. Very easy access and very easy to remove the drain pump. There was a half a bobby pin against the impeller and that stopped the turning. Took the bobby pin out and put it all back together. It works like a charm now. Very nice system that LG has.

My machine just stopped during the cycle, and displayed 'OE'. What does this mean? Why did it do it?

The OE is an overload error. Try removing some clothes. If that does not work you could try unplugging the machine. I have a manual you might want to look through. LG washer manuals

My lg 7KG 1405F model in does not complete the washing cycle stops at rising (oe) is the code

OE is drain error, which means that the machine has detected that the water level is not lowering quickly enough...Probable cause is a blocked pump filter...Check via small door at floor level..Unscrew pump cover and clear filter....Remember that all water will drain from this point, so drain machine first...Leaning the machine back can help...Good luck....Nomess

Washing machine keeps stopping mid cycle

If you found coins and such in the drain filter then there is a possiblility that the impeller in the drain pump motor was damaged and you are not getting good water flow thru it. The machine will error out and stop mid cycle if it detects it has not drained in a set amount of time. OE indicated a drain error. I suspect you need to have the drain pump motor assembly replaced.
