See if it has been set to mute.

Sounds like you have them plugged into the wrong jack

menu, settings/tools (9), settings (1), sounds (2), volume (1), power on/off

Sounds like you have another relay that is not happy. need to locate the where the sound is coming from. sorry thats a new one for that truck!

try to test your microphone settings in the control pannel and perform sound test in skype.

Have a look in the bios when your turn your pc on, have a look and see if there is an option to turn on-board sound on or off.


If you have put in another sound card it might be work taking that one out and try turning on-board sound on to see if it works.

Then put your sound card back in and turn on-board sound off and see if that lets it accept your sound card.


I'm just thinking that if your on-board sound is broken but the option is still turned on in your bios it might be causing a problem with your system recognising your sound card.

The clanking sound is turn relay operation sound , try to turn the car without
the turn indicator and turn , if you hear sound then there is the problem in the car , if do not hear it then not a problem...

u may need ti instal the sound driver that may help

you turn on sound from the F1 to f12 row one one of the keys turn on sound or goto the controll panal and open the sound icon and turn it back on. you can have a short cut on the task bar that turn sound on and off

Go to the menu, settings ,sounds.. turn off startup sounds.. you should have sounds for when you take a picture and maybe a few more.... If you can't turn the sound off you should be able to lower the volume of the sound you don't want so as you can't hear it....
