My Sanyo PLC-XU47 Multimedia Projector has developed a problem where the image it projects has a permanent pink tint. This occurs when a computer is attached, but is not present when the projector is displaying its 'idle' screen before a computer is attached. The lamp replace warning light has not come on so it does not appear to be a problem with the lamp bulb. Can anyone please help?
When the image turns pink, we find that replacing the cable between the projector and the lap top fixes the problem.

This may be too simple, but be sure your input is correct. If my projector is being used for a laptop input, and is set for the wrong input ource, the color is pink.
