click yes to all. close it. restart then in addd remove programs you will see Sonic DLA hit modify then repair.
to test if its good hardware u can try booting from xp cd by pressing f12 on dell screen. if it boots its definitely this issue were fixing. if t don't boot. its likely a bad cd drive

Go to this "Website," and "Fill-in" or {Choose} any information needed to get the "Drivers" you need. Than you'll be able to "Download the Drivers."
