Get a Google Drive and have everything backed up to it, then it will be available on any device you want. You can set it up so that it only does it when you are on wireless so that you don't eat up your data allotment.
when you make a call regularly from the phone can you hear anything from the ear piece, or can anyone year you? if you can year them then your earpiece is fine, but your mic is bad. if you can not hear them then your the earpiece is bad. then the part has to be replaced. that would be the only way to fix it. I hope that helped.

The ONLY GzOne phone without Bluetooth capability is an older model Type-V. All other GzOne Verizon phones have Bluetooth. If you would like to specify which model you have I can direct you to enable it.
I have contacted Verizon tech support for this issue. They say it depends on where you are (what towers are responding to your incoming call) and can not be changed. I told them that Cingular could entend the ring time, not number of rings. The rude customer-no-service person told me "well, you need to go to Cingular-now AT&T". We will see what type of response I get from the letter I wrote to the President of Verizon.
