I cannot change the channel on my LED TV with the remote control. The volume button works, but NOT the channel buttons. It has been like this for 2 days now.

We do not sell remotes or anything else for that matter. Contact Amazon for a replacement they would be the only source I can think of.

Check your router, leave the tablet the way it is. If you have a modern router it have the capability to change channels (from 2.4 to 5gh.) Also try to test the tablet with other wireless services, like from a friend or your phone hot spot. If it connects, then it's most definitively your router.

have you not got a menu button on the tv but if you don't go to walmart they have a remote that will work.

hold down all buttons...power camera volume all of them together

long press off button + volume up simultaneous, then after the log appears, release the off button but continue hold the volume key, then the menu will appear.
And you can go on wipe and wait.
WARNING: Make sure that your device is fully charged.
Alternative : if the volume up key fails try the volume down but with the same method.

Hi, you can try resetting by following the below steps. It works for most tablets.
1 turn off the tablet
2 press and hold the power button and keep tapping the volume down button at the same time.
3 it should take you to recovery screen. Go to factory reset by using volume button and select by using either the center button on the tablet or the power button if there is no center button.

3.Click the "Start" or Microsoft flag button in the lower left corner to access the Dell's Control Panel. Click twice on the Control Panel.
4.Click "Hardware and Sound" then click "Adjust System Volume" under the "Sound" listings.
5.Click and drag the slider control to adjust the sound level, then click the "X" box in the upper right corner to close the application.

I might be missing something, but you are describing a converter box that converts digital signals from an antenna to analog.
The converter box will be set to channel 3, and you should set your tv's to channel 3 as well.
Using the remotes that came with the tv's go into setup and if available as an option, you will find an option to select cable/antenna or automatic. Select automatic or antenna and save. If there is a selector switch on the back of the tv's, set to 3.

Connect antenna cable into input, and use supplied cable to connect from the output of the converter to your tv.

plug in power supply for converter box, tune tv to channel 3 then follow instructions to setup converter box including channel scan.
When done, the converter remote will control everything. However, the tv volume control will work even though the converter remote will have volume as well. The tv remote as well is needed to shut off or turn on tv. These functions can on most tv's be performed on the set as well.

No codes are required. The converter remote will work on any tv.

If you want to use both tv's then you will need a splitter on the output of the converter to send the signal to both tv's. Only one channel can be viewed at a time.

Viewing separate Chanel's requires a second converter box and a splitter connected to the antenna cable for viewing separate channels.

The converter box takes place of the tv's tuner and in essence disables it.
