Panasonic dp8060, machine error e03-51. how can i clear?

For most of the Panasonic DP-8000 series multi-function printers, a J42 error indicates a paper jam in the paper exit/fuser area. I hope this helps. If the error persists, there may be a damaged sensor inside the printer. That is not something I can't help you solve.

Take off the long (tall), standing cover on the right hand side of the machine (3 screws). It'll be behind it.

u have to enter the service mode by pressing 3 buttons simultaneously 'function',A3 (ORIGNAL SIZE),NO.3,it will ask for a password,the default password is eight zero,then f1 wiil appear,press F9,scroll for no.6 (ram initialize),then no.4 lbp fuser reset ,press yes and turn the mashine off\on .this will fix the problem unless u have aamp broken or afuse open

check drum drive system

Paper Jam Causes 1. Paper Jam in Fuser Unit. 2. Paper Exit Sensor clear and close the front cover

you need to do a lbp fuser reset and lbp error log clear

function- 7- monitor button 4 times slowly- then press * "start" button, should say service mode, then press 7- start- down arrow - start- then yes

log clear

function- 7- monitor button 4 times slowly- then press * "start" button, should say service mode, the press 6 - use the down arrow to get to lbp log clear.

if this does no work you need the fuser replaced
