No sound in video mode

try useing windows movie maker or go on line to panasonic.com find your product and check for drivers that u may need to upload videos.

The ViviCam 8025 is designed primarily as a still camera. It does not record sound in video mode. You can add a soundtrack using video-editing software on a computer, but you cannot record one on the camera.

Sorry if that wasn't the answer you wanted to see, but there it is.

I think its normal if the sound didn't come out when it still recording. After you finish recorded your video, use the playback and you should hear the sound of your video. It will be more clear if you download the file and play it the PC media player.

please note that the C913 hasn't got any speakers. When you use the video record section of your camera, the cam record the sound but when you want to hear the sound you have to transfer the video to your pc. When you use the camera review mode you won't hear any sound because the camera has no speakers ;-)

you have to select from the menu video rec not picture ...and the sound will apear after download on the pc ...or if you put teh card into a dvd..or if you connect it to a rca cord to a tv on AV mode...

looking at the manual i don't believe you can download to a pc using the usb cable. you have to use analogue.

Are you recording in High Def? When I tried that on mine the same thing happened. That definitely has to be played back on Hi Def TV and the computer probably isn't capable of handling that. Switch to DVD mode, or Web cam mode and you won't have a problem.
