The laptop don't boot unless a bios master password is entered! Can't contact the maintenance for there is no support where I live.
If the password is stored in the BIOS chip, then removing the BIOS battery for 1/2 + hour then re-insert the battery will reset the BIOS to the default settings and you will need to set the date & time setting again etc.
If the password is stored on an EEPROM chip then it will be very difficult to remove, there are no backdoor passwords.

Have you tried going to the bios setup F2, and disabling the prompt for supervisor's password at boot up? you can turn it on or off.
