Question about Homedics Shiatsu Massager

Open Question

I have a chair massager, model SBM-300 which my kids have pulled the controller wires out of the cushion. I have the cushion apart, and I only see one possible connection where they might reconnect. There are 10 color coded wires coming from the controller, but no indication which wire goes where. Is there a schematic or manual showing this?

Controls will not work

Have you checked the remote control sometimes a wire gets pinched, or the circuit board is bad. The main harness may be bad, again the circuit board.

Doesn't work at all

Well it has a zipper in the back have you ever unzipped it? Because my mom hers didnt work, so i unzipped it and some cord was unplugged so that might just be it, you need to unzip the whole thing, and pull it out because some of the wires hide.

The power led light keeps flashing

Hi.
Give it a good 'knock' on the back (hard surface). You might hear a clink sound. I think it's when a cog gets out of line. My chair is fine now. You'll notice that the rollers start moving back to the off setting. So if it goes off and they are in the middle or top then it's stuck and needs a thwack!

Electrical Problems

Even if it could be fixed, things like this are usually better off to be replaced.
