Jaydaddy.

in order to get rid of the password, you must first go to the "Settings" icon all the way on the left.

than scroll through that menu until you find the "System Settings" button.

Than scroll through that menu until you find the "Restore Default Settings" button. If you click on that, your password will disappear and you can type in a new one.

After you reset the PSP, you will have to type in the date, timezone, time, and PSP name all over again.

If there is still a password on the PSP after you reset it, it should be 0000. Be sure to change it to something you remember =]

Well good luck. I hope i helped. If not, let me know.

We have two problems, one is to unlock the internet on our psp because we forgot the password. and two how to hook the psp to the tv?

I had the same question earlier today and looked around for it.

  1. You can't just "unlock the internet". You have to log on to your computer and reset the wireless router - creating a new password.
  2. Try looking at this: http://www.google.com/products/catalog?hl=en&q=PSP+to+TV&cid=17573760748013250800#ps-sellers. Most are relatively cheap - all are new unless otherwise stated.
Hope this helps,
