You have not provided any details regarding your problem. What type of cable are you using? Is it dcu-11 from sony ericsson or some other cable like the one from mobile action? In both cases you will need to install the necessary drivers for the cables. If you're using dcu-11 google for dcu-11 drivers and you will get plenty, and if you're using mobile action, most probably the cable code would be MA8910P, search for that driver and install it. The most hasslefree software to connect your phone is "Myphone explorer" download it as well to manage your files. Get back if you have any queries about driver installations or so.
