Kern-exec 0 ERROR in Nokia E51

I am getting an error 'Application closed KERN-EXEC 0' in my mobile E51.Please advise how can i stop this error .

1.- Basic Reset or Soft Reset

2.- Total Reset or Hard Reset

This option restores the original operating system from the ROM.
Formats the C: partition and deletes all data including the memory
card. Key Code *#7370# (click this combination of keys on the keyboard
in the mobile)

Important: To proceed to reset, the battery must be full and the
mobile device connected to the charger. If during the course of reset,
the mobile stop receiving electricity it can ruin the internal flash
memory of the mobile device and stop function.

Web problem.

it happens if there is any important file miss from your phone do following : 1. Turn off phone and take out battery 2. Insert battery, and while it boots up press and hold Ctrl + Shift + F 3. After a few seconds you will be asked if you want to format or cancel I recommend having the device open when inserting the battery so you can press the combination quickly. Remember that this erases everything in the machine and it becomes like when you bought it. (I guess you know it, but mentioned it just in case).
