I can delete from the playlist but not from songs list
Easier to format and state over... If the music is not stored on the computer transfer from the player to your computer Drag and drop is the best way Always format this gets rid of any unwanted mistakes or possible viruses or even boot files which will freeze most players try not to boot your computer with the player connected...........
Connect your mp3 player.. Left click on start, click on My computer then click on the folder tab this will bring up everything on the left side of your explorer, Click on your mp3 player.. Here you should see the media folder double click you should see your songs, If the music is not stored on the computer transfer from the player to your computer in to the folder that says My music....To drag and drop just go to edit on the top of the page and click Select All left click and hold it down on the selected items drag to the folder and let go it will drop into the folder... Do the same with any files you want to any folder....You can also left click and hold on individual items and drag and drop....After transferring your files from the MP3 player right click on the MP3 player (samsung s5 mp3 Drive D: whatever) go to Format click on start... This will delete everything on the player... Always format, this gets rid of any unwanted mistakes or possible viruses or even boot files which will freeze most players, try not to boot (start) your computer with the player connected........... Transfer music back on the player and listen.... Hope this explains it better
