Before you begin, place the Bluetooth device in pairing mode . Open the Notifications panel and tap Bluetooth . Or, from the home screen, tap > System settings and slide the Bluetooth switch to the On position to turn on Bluetooth . When Bluetooth is on, theicon will appear in the status bar .
Tap Bluetooth .Your phone will automatically search for Bluetooth devices and will show all visible devices in range .
Tap the device you want to pair with .
If necessary, confirm that the Bluetooth passkeys are the same between the two devices and tap Pair . Alternately, enter a Bluetooth passkey and tap Pair .
Pairing is successfully completed when the other device accepts the connection or the same passkey is entered .
This happens sometimes for this bluetooth dongle , what you can do now is follow the below steps:
1 ) Switch off the bluetooth 2 ) Delete the bluetooth pairing from your phone 3 ) When you delete the bluetooth pairing , restart your phone. 4 ) Then switch on the bluetooth in your phone and your dongle 5 ) Pair the bluetooth , start the music player and check if it works.
