hi there penny yes i was about to say dial 121 thatll take you straight to your message inbox voicemail box or ring your servic provider and get them to go through step by step with your voicemail settings hope this helps and if you have time please rate me

dial your own number on your phone, and when it starts the automated voice inbox, press the pound key.

It says press the "hold key" to bring up the key pad, which is on the right side of the phone, next to the camera button.
enter voicemail, press the Voice Message Key, the pass code will be set in default to 0000. Your mailbox will not function properly until you have put your voice message on. To do this, press option 0, followed by 5 followed by 7. When you have got the message you require press the #. If you regularly change your voicemail message, you must press 3, delete the original message and reset the message followed by the #.
