Description of part on invoice - 05098021T BAG HDWR BASE T/BLK 30PTEXTURE BAG
Cost $7.50 for part plus shipping to me was at $6.61 so it was pretty cheap. Comes as a package with four screws/washers/nuts. Hope this help someone out there.

Alice if you are talking height adjustment, if it has this feature you will loosen the plastic collar/nut that is located approx. half way down on pole of stand, pull up on fan pole to raise and push down to lower, when at desired height tighten the plastic nut/collar. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

You have a broken electrical cord, it is probably broken inside of the fan.
Not too big of a problem...take fan apart, cut about 6 inches of the cord off from where it was attached to the fan and reattach the new wires that you exposed when you trim the plastic from the cord (about 1/4 inch).
Your fan should work again after this.

Please suggest where I can buy a new blade for 16' airworks pedestal oscillating fan?
